I, Helen M. F. Hunt of Newport, Rhode Island, make this codicil to my last will heretofore made and published by me, and deposited in the Registry of Probate at Boston, Mass. On June 25th AD 1873 and which will with all former codicils thereof I hereby ratify and confirm in all respects save as the same may be changed by this instrument.
I give and bequeath to [blank]
In testimony whereof I here-unto set my hand in the presence of three witnesses and declare this to be a codicil to my last will this [blank] day of [blank] AD [blank]

2. [HHJ's 1873 codicil]
[brown ink] I, Helen M. F. Hunt of Newport, Rhode Island, make this codicil to my last will heretofore made and published by me, and which was deposited in the Registry of Probate at Boston, Mass. On June 25~ AD 1873 and which will with all former codicils thereof I hereby ratify and confirm in all respects save as the same may be changed by this instrument.
I give and bequeath to [black ink] Dr. H.J. Cate of Amherst Massachusetts, or his heirs the sum of one thousand dollars.

RECEIPT FOR DEPOSIT OF WILL.
An envelope, purporting to contain a codicil to the last will of Helen Hunt, widow, of Newport, R.I. commorant [sic] of Boston, was on this seventh day of November, in the Year 1873, deposited in the Probate Office for said County, by Julius A. Palmer, for safe-keeping, and is to be delivered after the death of said testating [sic] to said Julius A. Palmer, the Executor therein named. P. R[huiney?]
Sleeve 2 [HHJ's 1876 will]
I Helen M. Jackson, wife of William Sharpless Jackson, of Colorado Springs, in the State of Colorado, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give, devise, & bequeath unto my said husband all the property of every name or nature, real & personal, of which I shall die seized and possessed, & I hereby constitute & appoint my said husband to be the Executer [sic] of this my last will.
This will is made in persuance of a power conferred upon me by the last will & testaments of my late Grandfather, David Vinal, duly proved in the Probate Court for Suffolk County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, & publish & declare this to be my last will & testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this eight day of November A.D. Eighteen hundred & seventy six. Helen M. Jackson
Signed, sealed, published, & declared by the said Helen M. Jackson as & for her last will & testament, in presence of us who, in her presence & in the presence of each other & at her request, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

1. I Helen Hunt Jackson, (whose maiden name was Helen M. Fiske,) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, make this my last will, revoking all others heretofore made.
I give devise and bequeath my entire estate both real and personal all property left (in trust for me, by the will of my grandfather David Vinal of Burton, Mass., together with any and all property that I may hereafter fall heir to, under said will to William S. Jackson of Colorado Springs, Colorado, who is my husband.
I appoint William S. Jackson of Colorado Springs, Colorado executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Colorado Springs, Colorado in the tenth day of November A.D. 1875.

The said Helen M. F. Jackson at said Colorado Springs, Colorado on said tenth day of November A.D. 1875. I appoint my wife Helen M.F. Jackson of Colorado Springs, Colorado, executor of this my will in witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Colorado Springs, Colorado on the tenth day of November A.D. 1875.
